Neftali Cruz is a trilingual full-time college student and construction professional in the concrete industry. He works in project management, estimating, and field operations throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region as a Project Manager at ENA General Contractors, where he oversees approximately 50 workers, coordinates multiple crews, manages tight deadlines, and helps ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
In his professional role, Neftali also helps manage and balance multi-million-dollar project budgets, assists with estimating and developing multi-million-dollar proposals, and provides input and recommendations on project planning, costs, scheduling, and operations. This experience has given him firsthand insight into financial management, accountability, decision-making, and the realities faced by workers, contractors, and businesses in the construction industry.
Outside of work and school, Neftali enjoys traveling throughout the United States and around the world. His travels have allowed him to experience different communities, cultures, and perspectives, broadening his understanding of the country and the world beyond his own community
